Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct EA9-T12CL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Detas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Detas such as the GSASWD0524 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE693OIU190F manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCM1D101S2P by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yokogawa Brand IP01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as H92B159 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FEP301E made by Panasonic as well as the popular GT1565VTBDampGT15J71E71100 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EOP1T07 by Eaton and H92B159 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G308C100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion.
